I offer occupied or unoccupied staging for homes. I will bring in stylish textiles, neutral art, greenery, lighting, furniture and other decor to help your space appeal to the broadest market, and look like it is living its best life, even if you are feeling frazzled. I am saying this with a smile, as I know how crazy and anxiety producing moving can be!

Investing in quality staging allows potential buyers to imagine themselves as future owners of your home. Whether you simply need a walk-through consultation and plan of action, or sourcing items, I am happy to help. My staged homes have been selling quickly, and time and time again, staging has proved to be a huge return of investment for sellers and realtors alike. I value my clients and love leaving homes looking their best.

Staging Consultation

$250.00

After a thorough walk through, I will provide you a detailed write-up of suggestions for each area of your home, including exterior spaces, as well as thorough staging recommendations for each space. I will also provide a bid for items that I could bring in, if you choose.

Vacant Stages

$1500.00+

$1,500.00 will be charged for a typical full valanct stage (Living, dining, kitchen, master and secondary bedroom, two baths and front entry or laundry room). See additional pricing info below.

Extra spaces can be added as needed, at an extra fee, based on additional inventory and square footage of rooms. Living or basement recreation rooms are typically $400-500, additional dining rooms are about $300.00-$400.00, additional bedrooms can be $250.00-$350.00. If spaces are extra spacious and extra inventory is needed, I will add that into bid.

Occupied Stages

$250-$2,000.00

For occupied stages, or stages where only a few rooms are staged, I will offer bids based on jobs. Since every home is different, a one price fits all doesn’t work in these environments. If truck and hired labor is needed, the minimum price for a stage will be $1,000.00.
